Classic New York Cheesecake ft. The Vittles Company's Cream Cheese

Introduction:

Ingredients (for 8 servings):

- 300 g Vittles Dairy Cream Cheese

- 200 g digestive biscuits (crushed)

- 100 g butter (melted)

- 200 g sugar

- 3 eggs

- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Serving: Vittles Strawberry Sauce | Chocolate Fudge Sauce

Method:

- Mix biscuits and butter, press into a cake tin as the base.

- Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.

- Pour over base and bake at 160°C for 50–60 minutes.
